Hello,

I was wondering who else is going to be applying to the Gayle Greve Hunt SON- ABSN Spring 2019.

Oh n I met 2 girls from my micro lab at utep that are applying for this semester, their stats are not super good which I don't know if I'm my mind My stats are low compared to everyone that's gonna apply, maybe cuz I think I'm making assumptions that everyone who is applying has very criteria n they are all super high stats

I'm doing the same thing!!! I know 2 people who scored in the 90s on the HESI and there's bound to be more that scored that high too so I just feel like I'm a bottom of the barrel choice lol. I think my stats are good but I also know there's a fair share who have way better stats.

I think this is the week!!!!! Hopefully we hear something by Friday! My nerves are on fire!

Me too!! Another girl I know that applied just asked (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and she said no later than next week

Oh my God! My heart sank when I saw an update I literally thought that. You guys had gotten an email n I saw that I had no emails from Texas tech

I just hope and beg I get good news I've been going through hard times this past few weeks that I feel so down and hope something good happens in order for me to get my hopes up

I feel the same way every time I see an update too lol. I have faith that we will be fine :)

I got curious so I emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and asked if we should hear something this week and he said they are hoping the admissions committee will have final names by the end of this week. I'm not sure if that means we will actually get an email this week or next week.

(MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) emailed too and got the same response he said that interviews will be for sure the week of the 15 th of October so they r hoping emails will be sent out by the end of the week

He said you might receive an email communication by the end of this week and he also said they email all prospective students when I asked if an email is also sent out to those who don't get an interview, i don't know what that means?

He told me the same thing. He said if we don't get an interview then they will send an email saying we weren't selected and then they will invite those people for a secondary advising session that tells them how to make their application better for the next time if they choose to apply again.
