Hello,
Currently I am a student at GGC and planning on applying to the nursing program for Fall 2021. I just wanted to see who else is planning to apply and we can share our stats.

Btw, I just read your comment on the other thread and I saw your TEAS score. You did really good. Would you mind sharing us how long did you prepare and the materials you used to study? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks. So I took some years out of school and when I returned I took three math courses:
Statistics, College Algebra and beginners math course. I honestly believe that initial remedial math set me up for success. With that said, I scored 100's in math, usage and science.
The reading is a lot of interpretation. So you'll read and it'll basically ask how you interpreted the passage. I overthink meanings so I screwed myself there.
The usage was hands down the hardest. We live in a world where we communicate via text with horrible grammar so to have to correct punctuation that I haven't seen examples of daily was rough. I did use the ATI TEAS book (the black and yellow one) and the ATI TEAS app daily (in between classes just practice a few rounds) but I also read books. Like a lot of books ... it gave me a better sense of word placement, punctuation etc. rather than just studying the usage section in the book.
My section scores were 91/100/100/100 and I ranked in the top 1% with only 3 questions wrong (all in reading LOL)

Hello,
My name is Crystal, and I will be applying to GGC for the fall semester. I have been trolling these threads without joining for some time, I figured it time. Currently I go to GMC and in almost through with classes. I will be coming in as a transfer, and I will be finish all my classes by Spring 2021. I have a 3.48 with a current 3.8 science (estimate) after I completely finish my classes I will have the final GPA. I am looking to maintain a science GPA of 3.8 or higher. I will have a higher general Goa once this semester and the last one is calculated. I already been studying for the TEAS and I recommend that you do not leave studying to the last minute not give your self a 1 to 2 month gauge. I say this because unless you go through the material you really do not know where your weak skills lie. Surprisingly it is the English portion on the test that trips people. I am really having to remember the grammatical basics. I look to aim for a 90 or about, but I will be greatful if I get an 85 or above. God will open door no man can shut. This is the only school I am applying for because it was shown to me while I was praying ? I look forward to meeting and studying with some you you in the future. I will keep you posted ?
