I am a a recent single mom, with two kids ages 4 and 2. I have been working for the same company for 7 years and a content manager for our website. I desperately want a career change though, and nursing is what I want to do. All the nursing programs I see only have clinicals during the day, though. Are there any programs that are more flexible for those who work during the day?
Sarah, Not sure where you live but am in the same situation. I will continue working FT and take classes at night. If there is a Galen College of Nursing in your town, they have an LPN program all at night and they are working on getting some of the RN program at night as well. Hope this helps.

I think NC Central in Durham had a weekend program at one time - but do A LOT of research on that particular school before you consider it. (I'm from Durham!)
