getting ready- but i dont feel ready

Its only been a couple of weeks(literally) since graduation and i feel like i have forgotten everything i have learned. I took a NCLEX review course and did really well on the practice test....but since then I feel like looking back, i dont remember what meds she said were important, what lab values to know etc. She said if you got over a certain percentile then take it right away and i did get over that mark- but if i dont feel ready then it seems a waste- but I think my nerves may play a role in this whole memory thing- has this happened to anyone? I am planning on taking a few weeks to study and refresh- i dont want to wait to long but i dont want to rush in. How do you know when your ready to take the NCLEX?:uhoh21:

Many do not feel ready to sit the exam sometimes it is a case of grabbing the horns and sitting the exam. The main thing is preparation

I think I could have studied for another month or so and never felt ready for the test. There is always just one more thing you have to memorize!
