Getting NCLEX-RN results in California

Published

Does anyone know the website to check your results. I heard you can pay to view your results online, but I do not know the website. I took my exam in California on December 23rd. The people at Pearson VUE told me that the results may be posted the following week since it is in the middle of the holidays. Or if anyone know another way to check results. Thanks everyone and have a safe holiday.:D

*Also if you do not see your name in the California BON website after 4 days, is it safe to assume that you did not pass and/or the file they have of you is not complete? I was just pondering that. Thanks again.

thankns for the info, i just tried the pearson vue trick and it said "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time" is that a sign of hope?

that's really a good sign. i think it would be better for you to contact the CA-BON.

in my case, i found my name on the CA-BON website after 6 weeks and got my license ID 2 weeks after (whheeww, too long isn't it? and agony of waiting is killing me!). but in your situation, it's been 3 months.. they should have mailed your results already.

wait. do you have SS#?

ok thanks so much for the reply... nope i have no ss# coz im from the philippines =), i already told my sister back in chicago to contact the ca bon for me, if they mailed my result already, and if they did, to request for another because it might have been lost by the mailing service or post office =)

Isn't the BRN in CA now requiring a US social security number or Tax Id number? Go to www.brn.dca.ca.gov and send them an email through the contact page.

They only need a SSN to issue a license ITIN is not always accepted and shouldn't be relied on. You can still apply for registration to be a nurse in CA just will not get a license without SSN.

If you go by the pearsonvue trick thread and have followed instructions then yes going by the general feedback the CC page means you have failed. Don't give up but wait for official results from the BRN and then look at a new study plan. Remember if you haven't given CA a SSN and you live outside the US then you are looking at approx 4-6 weeks to get snail mail results

how will I know the Pearson vue trick please tell me how to do it pleaseee
