Dont lose hope.........you may want to revise your core content. I was scoring in that range before I took Hurst Review, so there is hope. Dont forget, the test is to assess your basic knowledge, I am sure you are approaching it as I did, as though you are this wunderkind Nurse, wrong approach. Go back to the basics is my best advice, and then take it from there.
However, I do know how you feel. My test is in a few days, and I woke up energized and eager to sit and study today, I answered 20 questions from my LaCharity P/D/A book and got probably 15 of those wrong, that seriously sent me into a funk. I went back to sleep watched a little TV, and then I approached it again, and for the last couple of hours I have been scoring in the upper 70%.
Dont beat yourself up, you will do fine, and if you find that as the day gets closer, and you are truly not ready, then reschedule.
Good luck in your studies.

Hi! Thank u for your kind response. I understand your advise and it gave me hope again. But i am just wondering if i can still do going back to the start within 10 days? Help! I wanna cry now. In la charity book, im averaging 55-60%
Oh dear, I know the feeling, think of it this way, dont rush through the questions, read the rationales, and absorb the information. It is better to do 10 questions and completely understand what it is they are trying to convey, rather than doing 50 questions and having no clue of what you did.
Nursing is all about reflective practice, and so is studying, take time to reflect on what you have revised.
I don't know if everybody will agree with me on this, but I think 10 days is not enough time for you to switch into or add another review course. I took Kaplan and got low scores too, and what I suggest is to REVIEW the questions (even those you got correctly) and study the rationales ON THE SAME DAY you took the test.
Are you taking the Kaplan Live course?
