Getting a job while on Probation

How to get a job while on Probation in Alabama.

I am on probation and having major trouble finding a job. I have been a nurse for over 15 years but once they see I am on probation it's a no. I live in Alabama, looking for any advice!

I don't know about Alabama as I'm in California but SNF's and dialysis are very recovery program/probation friendly out here.

I'm your neighbor in GA. Dialysis, corrections, mental health, and plasma will hire people on Probation.

HI I am in same situation. I will most likely be on probation in the next few months and trying to find a job in a field that will work with me if that happens. Does anyone have any experience with Naphcare or Fresenius hiring nurses on probation? thanks
