Hi, I will be graduating with my ADN this spring. I plan on starting to work asap, but would also like to be enrolled in a bachelor's program no later than the fall. I've been exploring my options, and more and more I have been considering online programs. Since I plan on attending CRNA school in the future, I was wondering would having an online BSN, though from an accredited school, hurt my chances of being accepted into a CRNA program? I greatly appreciate any input. Thanks all!

O have already completed my rn to Bsn online and have recently been applying to programs. I don't think it matters. I also know people who are crna's that did a Ben online.

I am also thinking of CRNA in the future, and the question of where to get my RN to BSN is still a mystery. Where did you get your online BSN? And which accreditation do I need to make sure to get my degree from?
I did the University of Wyoming RN-BSN. The program is very affordable and one of the cheapest around. You need to makes sure the program . Whatever program you chose you should make sure it has CCNE accreditation.

I was accepted at Columbia and Boston College and received interviews at UPenn and Northeastern (which I declined as I was already in). I received my online BSN at CSU, Dominguez Hills in CA. The important thing to make sure the BSN program you choose is either NLN or CCNE accredited and strive for a high GPA.
Good luck

I am currently enrolled in UOW and I am finding a hard time with getting a preceptor for the public health portion. How were you able to do it? I agree with you. The school is awesome! I am learning so much. I just finished my pharmacology class and it was very hard, but I learned so much about the drugs I give. A very good online school. Please help. I need to give them a contact by the end of this month. Thanx!
Have you tried your local or county health department?
I have tried. I live in the Los Angeles area and most are affiliated with other universities. Especially UCLA, they have it all covered. I am trying to contact hospice agenencies. I am freaking out and I don't know what to do. If you can give me any tips, I sure would need it. Thanks.
