You should be okay. In Tennessee, the only thing that can stop someone from getting their CNA is if they've been charged with assault, battery, things to that nature.
Oh, and btw, CNA's aren't licensed they're certified. You'll step on a lot of toes by saying that. I know it makes me cringe.

Hello, right now i live in florida. I have a misdemeanor petty theft. I am in the process of expungement. I have one more class in the fall before i apply to nursing school. I was wondering if taking the cna class before the expungement is complete would make my chances at becoming licensed more hard? I want to take the class in two months, but the process will not be complete then. Any advice or similar stories?
