MTsteel..Hence why I just keep coming back here. You guys are going to help me get through this paper and class…LOL

For the client's needs what are you putting. Seems a bit redundant since we about to then list the assessment findings.

Also for the assessment finding are you just writing:

The Family APGAR - K.M. lives in a………………. (Making sure to have a lot 5 well developed sentences).

I love son of citation!! He has gotten me this far!

Son of citation is not always 100% correct...please double check it. As for the video I will use what they say because it's a tough one!

That's what I'm doing. One paragraph for each assessment. To me, that's a narrative!!!

I used the bolded centered headings and then my answers had a hyphen in front of them to set them off.

Evaluation (centered)

-Client will report blah blah blah

I'm doing my best but I'm sure the format will get torn to shreds. The directions say to cite and reference care plan. Do we put that right at the end of the care plan then have a reference page for the paper at the very end?

My care plan came after the analysis. The references were placed all on one page. I had 4 references total. One from our book, two for citing evidenced based journals for two interventions and one a nursing care plan book.
