Hi, has anyone submitted their application for fall 2017 semester yet?
I viewed the thread for Spring 2017, but didn't see anything for Fall semester.
I've submitted mine last week, and I'm scared already (yes, before they even start looking at the applications...). I applied to only the ACE track, but I'm afraid my grade is not good enough.....
GPA: 3.73
Science GPA: IDK
TEAS: 86
I volunteer at Northside Hospital and got my supervisor to write my letter of recommendation, does this earn me extra points on the application?
I'm a really bad writer, the part of the application I'm scared the most is my essay.... I wrote about the Affordable Care Act, I picked it on purpose cause it's a big thing, but now I'm scared...
I just received a waitlist letter in the mail today, and I have already dropped one of the classes I intended to take over the summer in the event I got into ACE. This has been a rollercoaster. I will call them or go there this week but I am focusing on a spring start just to keep my focus and mind at peace!
Mrs. Little will send you an email if you are on the waitlist. If you are lucky and a spot is open they will call you and let you know. You won't know what number you are on the waitlist. The waitlist is destroyed the first day of school and you will have to reapply. Just retake the TEAS, make sure your essay is great, keep a great GPA and you will be fine. Usually, Spring is less competitive than FALL but just be well prepared. Let me know if you have any questions

Marissa that stinks! I was hoping you were accepted! Hopefully a spot will open up for you! I had to retake the TEAS if you want I can help you study for it over the summer if you want. I think I might have your number still, I'll text you! I also have a practice test that I didnt use if you want it!

I have faith I'll get in for the spring round! I need to get my grammar and reading higher, My science was 91 and math was 87. Yes text me, it will all work out in the right time!
Could you please tell me when do you have to let the nursing school know if you are attending or not. I'm wait listed and I would like to know approximately when I might hear something :) thank you.
The initial decision is due on May 12th, and there is a following step which is due on May 19th, after that there is the documentation due date, which is sometime in August. Missing any of these step will cause to lose the position in the program. So basically, the due dates are spread through out the summer...

Has anyone taken CPR class yet? Some providers offer a group (8 or more people) rate, we can go together to save money.
