Hey guys!! I wanted to know if any of you guys planned on applying to georgia state perimeter ASN program in the Spring time?? I wanted to hear yall input, stats, TEAS, acceptance rate and everything else! also I had question. Does it matter if you failed other non nursing related courses? like does that automatically disqualify? or do they just focus on the courses needed for nursing?? but overall I know there deadline is July 31st so im nervous!
Hi everyone,
I am applying to GSUPC ASN for Spring 2022 (haven’t submitted my application yet). So glad I found this group chat!! I felt like I was all alone.
I have Bachelor’s degree in business from 2002 (I’m 40+ ya’ll)! Recently started back at GSU to become a nurse and decided on the ASN instead of the BSN last semester.
MY STATS:
Core GPA: 3.5
Science GPA: 4.0
TEAS: HAVE TAKEN IT YET (taking it early July...using Mometrix to study)

How long did you study? What study guides are you using?
It was kinda last minute so I had few weeks to study, like 3 weeks and a half. I'm using https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1609710134/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1635306515/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I am also taking AP II this semester which kinda sucks now that I have to teach myself it, but hopefully it does not affect my score.

Either way, it’s my top choice!
OMG!! 90 is GOALS! I take my TEAS in early July. I'm using the Mometrix book and the online version (it has 8 practice exams). How long did you prep?

YEEZUS! I can hardly imagine. You got this though hun.
Thanks for sharing the Amazon link. Hopefully, we do as well as @Laura T. C. ! I'm claiming at least a 90%.

That’s what I used! Just the book, not the online version. It was really helpful. I studied for about 6 weeks when I could at work. Good luck on yours! I bet you’ll do great! Also, love your username. I’ve used it for many things over the years, LOL.
