Georgia State Perimeter College ASN 2022

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey guys!! I wanted to know if any of you guys planned on applying to georgia state perimeter ASN program in the Spring time?? I wanted to hear yall input, stats, TEAS, acceptance rate and everything else! also I had question. Does it matter if you failed other non nursing related courses? like does that automatically disqualify? or do they just focus on the courses needed for nursing?? but overall I know there deadline is July 31st so im nervous!

Well honestly I was told by the nursing director they don’t really want any Cs.

Do you not want to apply to their lpn program?

Okay.

Well thank you yet again love. For not making me feel bad about it. And no I’m not applying for an LPN program. I’m applying for the ADN program at Georgia perimeter and my school southern crescent. But again thank you for up lifting my spirit babe ❤️

No problem at all love. Gotta keep each other uplifted because the process is already stressful. I've seen students with higher scores than me be accepted and many with lower scores too. Every case is different. Stay positive and keep pushing!

If you are at Southern Crescent why not do the ADN program there?

Georgia perimeter is a backup plan

Yeah because at SCTech you don’t need all of those classes like at GSU and it’s a little harder to get into. Southern Crescent isn’t that competitive. I’ve heard the some people won’t apply because they thought they were not accredited! ?

Oh okay! So you’re already a nurse now? Congratulations! But I believe southern crescent is accredited. I just looked it up

I have friends that attend ATC, Gwinnett, South College.. there are other schools that may be better choices

Hey,

Just wanted to hop in this discussion :) I plan on takin the TEAS either June or July, since I am taking AP II and micro during the Summer, and want to have some knowledge of those before taking the test. Is anyone else planning on taking the TEAS soon?
