Hi! I'm applying to Georgia State University's ACE Track for Spring 2016. Anyone else out there also applying? :)
Hey! I already got my uniforms - I purchased it directly from Meridy's instead of from the GSU bookstore. They're actually super comfy and cute. I was worried about the white scrub bottoms situation but it looks great. Make sure you check out the size guide before purchasing. The top runs big because it's uni-sex.
Wanda said the lab kits will be in the GSU bookstore in January, they had some kind of delay I think.
I talked to Wanda and you have to buy them through the bookstore now. The code we were given doesn't work anymore. I'm a little annoyed by this because I haven't had the best experiences with the GSU bookstore. She said lab kits were available the 7th and when I stopped by on the 7th AND 14th (the date that the bookstore told me I could buy one) they told me that I couldn't buy it. Has anyone else tried since then to get a lab kit?
Hi hopfulrngsu,
I took both chem 1151 and 1152. These two classes are very easy as long as you go to class, take notes, and study. I got A in both classes. I honestly think that chem 1152 is easier than 1151. Good luck with your chem classes. ....ohh, btw, English is my 4th language, but the martial was quite easy for me
Not really, that GPA is excellent for both the ACE track or Traditonal. As long as you get a TEAS score of 85 you should be able to get into Traditional, or around 87 to be good for ACE (this is based on the stats of students i've heard getting in this semester). Of course it varies every semester based on the pool of applicants and their GPAs and TEAS scores, but I hear it is easier to get into the program in the Spring. It also helps to have some volunteer hours, a good essay, and good recommendations since the acceptance works on a points system. Good luck on applying and getting in! :)

Turned in my whole packet today! Glad to have it over with. Now for the next step- has anyone purchased uniforms or lab kits yet?
