Georgia Highlands College Waiting Game!

Hopefully, we are getting close to hearing something. I wanted to start a new thread and see if anyone wanted to play the waiting game for fall ADN Program. We've been waiting since April 1st and it's about time we heard something.:anbd:

I am very anxious today!!! All I can think about is the letter....I am so scared! But, I am so ready to know either way.

I think that is what is so aggravating. I don't know what classes I should take over. Since my core classes are the lowest, I could retake some of them. I just wonder how much of an affect it would have on my admission score.

I just saw my mail man run EARLY and I got a regular size envelope that is somewhat thick.

So excited. Hopefully we all get in!

The envelope has all the info about when to register for classes, the three dates are July 13, 14, & 15 and I will be in Florida :(. I've already e-mailed Mrs. Rees about it. There's info on scrubs and everything we have to have done before we can register, including being BLS certified..... so we have 3 weeks to do it. Frustrating!!! There is paperwork to confirm and a health exam form and that's about it.

My orig score was 12 something, my new score was only 1160, if I figured correctly. I took the Chemistry class instead of the 3 others that could be taken and I'm not sure if they counted it differently. Also, I may have had my Political science and History averaged and I have a previous bachelors degree , so I have 4 math classes higher than what was required and 3 of the humanities electives. I'm not sure which one they took the grade on.

Congrats freddysgrandmother!! I am in too!! The envelope was on the top of all my mail and I could see that it was thick. Envelope is yellowish in color. Hope to hear great news from everyone!! Good luck!!

Yes dallas I am off of Mars Hill. My score was in the high 1500's (but I don't know if that was by the old system or new one that you guys talked about) I had one class missing and instead of SAT's I used a calculation for my previous BBA degree. Don't freak out. Have faith!! When will you be able to check your mail? Hopefully soon!!
