I'm waiting with y'all. I have applied for 3 different schools but crossing my fingers big time for GA Highlands. I'm sending in my final nursing application today for GA Highlands. I'm nervous about the worksheet score. I have a prior bachelor's and am working towards a 2nd career and degree. I think my final college GPA was around a 3.4 and I got an 1160 or so on SATs (I guess it ended up on my college transcript somehow). I did take the TEAS test - does GA Highlands need that? Let me know if y'all can help!
GHC is going to start requiring the TEAS for Fall 2011 admission. If you are accepted and haven't taken it, they will probably have you take it - that's what they did with our fall 2010 class. Basically they just want to see a range of scores and use us as guinea pigs before they start requiring it for admission. Good luck!!

I'm glad to have found someone else that is applying. I think your worksheet score sounds great. I have a prior bachelor's degree as well. Becuase of your prior degree, the SAT isn't required, they just automatically add 1100 points to your worksheet score. From what I understand, the TEAS is not required to apply, but will be for the Fall semester. Right now they require you to take the TEAS after you are accepted. Hope this helps!

Hello! I am an applicant for the nursing program at Georgia Highlands College for Spring 2011. I was just wondering if there was anyone else on here that is hoping to be accepted to the college as well. Does anyone know the typical schedule, cost, etc.? What were the average scores on the nursing worksheets that were accepted last spring and for this coming Fall 2010 semester?
