Hey!!

Let the journey begin! I am so excited to finally apply to GGC 2022 nursing program and would love to connect with other candidates who also chose GGC. Let's support one another through the process. 

My Stats:

Cumulative GPA: 3.85

Science GPA: 3.8

Community Service Hours: 500 

References: Submitted 

TEAS 6: I am still studying. I take it the first week of August. (Wish me luck!!)

I’m not sure if they will. I think that the volunteer hours count for a certain percentage of the application itself.

Ohh okay I just applied to see if I can get in so I will have options just in case I don’t get into my top 2 colleges that I want to go to. No I haven’t received a decision letter, so you know when they send the letters out?

Decision letters are supposed to come out today, but there may be a delay.

Hey! I also applied to GGC’s Spring 2022 application cycle and haven’t heard anything yet! Have you gotten a decision yet?

I still haven’t received anything ? I hope they send them out soon.

I just called the Nursing department and they said that they try to make decisions by October 1st but they don't send out letters until the 2nd week of October at the earliest.

I just received my acceptance letter in my student email

Hi! I'm not applying to go to the nursing program for Spring, I'm actually planning to apply this upcoming Winter for Fall 2022

Here are my stats so far (as of right now and could be subject to change): 

GPA: 4.0 

Science GPA: 4.0 

Community Hours: 51 hours (Not a lot, but I'm hoping that my letters and GPA would make up for it) 

TEAS Test: Currently Studying for, Planning to take it during the Winter and I'm hoping I do well

For those of you who are still interested in applying to GGC’s nursing program, feel free to ask me any questions. I went through the program and graduated in 2018. It’s a pleasure getting to share some tips and advice, as well as my knowledge and experience with pre nursing students, so feel free to ask any questions if you have any.

Is Gwinnett Collge also have a nursing program starting in Spring?

GGC admits nursing students every Fall and Spring semester, about ~32 students per semester. Check their website for deadlines to apply.
