Hello everyone! I also applied to Georgia Gwinnett college for the fall semster, I am also applying to Gordon and some more colleges just in case I don’t get in the college that I want. I still have to finish up all my perquisites courses, but I’m almost done.

Good Luck to you! Wishing you the best this semester. I decided to withdraw my application from GGC and I will be applying in January for Fall 2022 after speaking with nursing admissions on some things to guarantee an acceptance. But I have applied to GSU and some other schools for January 2022. All the best... ?

Thank you! Good luck to you too!☺️I wonder why some nursing programs require you take Chemistry? I looked online and that was the requirement to get into Georgia Gwinnett college.

Exactly! I noticed that too. Chem 1 & 2...I'm in 2 now and I hate it LOL but I'm trying to make it through. Emory doesn't even require Chemistry nor does Mercer and 2 years don't either.

Yeah I’m kind of afraid to take it I know Gordon requires you take Chemistry 1 and 2 for the BSN program. Is the class harder than math because I struggled with math a lot of more, I’m just ready to take the nursing courses and not have to take any perquisites.

My same exact issue! LOL I suck in Math... Chem 1 had very little math but thankfully Chem 2 does not have any. The class is hard to me, but I'm older, work, kids, etc, so I try to study when I can. I will focus more once I get into a program LOL ? I went to Gordon years ago, I was thinking about applying there but it's an hour and 30 minute drive for me.

Oh wow!! IDK if I’m going to take it then I rather take it before I get into the nursing program that way I have all my core classes knocked out.?

Oh yes, do it before you start the program. It's a lot.

That what’s I was thinking, I was going to apply to Gordon ASN program in the Spring but I have to work.? I’m really not in a hurry to finish anyway since nursing schools is going to take so much time to finish.

Hey everyone quick question, what if you don’t have any community service hours for Georgia Gwinnett college will the college accept you?
