Im planning to start NP Program, I got into Georgetown which will start in Jan. And Emory will start in Fall. my concern is im also starting ICU training at my current hospital on Jan. Initially, I was thinking it could be a lot at the same time, but its so hard to get in at our hospital so I was gonna.. just go for it. At that time, I set my mine to GT. But during training, they do A LOT of modules. Was told it takes like 8-12hr to complete each day. This is what I heard from my previous coworker who went to the program. Obviously very time consuming. then, got a decision from Emory the other day. I guess back in my mine, Maybe I wanted to defer one semester or something IDK. So I was leaning towards Emory since it starts in Fall and ranking wise, its obviously good. then yesterday, I got an email that I will get a scholarship from GT. as a MSN student, its really hard to get it. So now im like what should I do??

Congratulations! I don't think it is a good idea to start your ICU program and your MSN at the same time. Ask Georgetown if you can defer.
Also, it is not hard at all to get scholarships as an MSN. Why do you say that? I got a full ride scholarship for my MSN through HRSA. They even paid me a small monthly stipend. Many states have similar scholarships.
Do some internet research on scholarships. There are millions of dollars in scholarships that go unclaimed every year. Apply for some.
There are also loan repayment programs from federal and state governments, and some employers offer these as well.
