Hello...Is anyone applying for or is enrolled at Georgetown's AG-ACNP program? What's it like?

Specializes in Hospitalist Medicine.

Please let me know how you like the AG-ACNP program. I had a phone conversation with student services about their program. I'll be done with my BSN in October and would like to start Jan. 2017 in the part time program. I like their program because it only requires 3 campus visits. There is a well known university about an hour away from where I live that has an AG-ACNP program, but they require weekly campus visits and cannot guarantee that my clinicals will be local. The thought of having to drive there once a week in winter snow makes me cringe.

So, I'm trying to decide: cheaper tuition (University of Michigan) vs. convenience (Georgetown).

I've looked at a few other schools (Duke, Creighton, Vanderbilt, etc.), but it seems like UofM & Georgetown really fit what I'm looking for.

I'd *love* to know what you think of the program when you start. Please keep us posted :D

Still have not heard back

And soon school will be closed for winter break so I don't think I'll hear back till next year
