Nursing Students School Programs

Hello! Has anyone applied to the George Washington University (GWU) Accelerated/Veteran's BSN program for the Spring 2022 cohort? I just submitted my application and was wondering if there was anyone else that was in the same boat as I am.

Yes! Thankfully I was and I already accepted the offer

Congratulations everyone! I don't expect to hear anything until next month since I submitted after the priority deadline.

I'm still deciding since I would be moving from California. I don't think it showed the deadline to accept on the letter. Did they inform you on when they would start accepting those on the waitlist?

Hi, y’all! Anyone else has been accepted into Spring 22? I’ve submitted my application in mid July, but I’ve noticed they moved the deadline from 8/1 to 9/6.

Hello @Ivan IV! I submitted my application on July 13 (with all required documents) and received the decision letter on July 21. I actually won't be attending GWU since I'll be attending another school instead. I think the Spring 2022 cohort recently had an "admitted day" zoom event.

Hey! I was accepted and submitted my enrollment deposit! Are you planning on attending the program?

When did you submit your application? I still have one preteq to finish, and if I get accepted I’ll take the offer. Is anyone staying in DC, do you guys think it’s gonna be possible to commute to Ashburn from DC for classes?

I submitted my application on June 1st and got my acceptance on August 2nd. I also have a pre req that I need to complete before I start in the Spring. I live near DC and I believe the commute to Ashburn is anywhere from 30min-1hr depending which route you take. You would be going against traffic so I don't think it would be too bad.

Have you guys heard anything from the GWU for Spring 22? Thanks

Congratulation to everyone who was accepted. I actually received my decision letter earlier today- waitlisted. I am still applying for other schools as well. Good luck to anyone who hasn't gotten a decision yet.
