Anybody going to George brown college for bridging to RN prog. starting Jan 2012?

I just got accepted in this program....

Is the program 1 year or 3 years?

1 year bridging program and 2 years to RN thru Trent university.

I got accepted into the RPN bridge to BScN program starting May 2012! :) Do you find the program hard? any tips or advice?

Good Luck!

Hello,

I am seriously considering this program. It is close to my home. It has the flexibility I am looking for while letting me stay in Toronto (stability) after completing the first year. I am just worried that taking the 1 year program will not give me the best chances to be accepted into the Trent University program at the same campus. What has been your take on it? Have you found it to be flexible to your working schedule? What was the expected GPA to be accepted or have a better chance in obtaining acceptance into the final 2 years. Any advice or insight would be of great help.

I also got accepted to this program but for Sept. 2015, and too have the same concerns regarding the post bridge year. Is anybody out there that has taken the GeorgeBrown/Trent bridge program have any insight on what happens after the bridging year? Do all applicants who meet the requirements automatically entered in the final 2 years?
