Hey guys,So I'm currently in my third semester of the RPN program at GBC. Does anyone know if it's possible for me to get into the bridge program for September? I know I need to pass the RPN exam, so will it be too late? Will I need to wait a year?My GPA is pretty good (3.7), and so far this semester its higher than that, so I'm not too worried about.. Just not sure if I will be accepted for September of next year. I don't want to wait! lolThank you!

When did you get accepted? When did you do the RPN exam? When did you have to submit proof of the above information to the school?

I finished the RPN program at George Brown in April, I wrote my exam end of June, and I got my results about a month later.I got my license early August. I emailed proof that I passed the exam, and emailed them to let them know my name was searchable on the find a nurse website in August. You will get all this information when you apply to the bridge, you have to work fast because there was a deadline, i believe that was august 20th.I received a conditional offer to the bridge program i think around febuary, so before I finished the RPN program, and I am in the first semester of the bridge now :) my conditional offer became a full offer only once i had my license. A lot of the people in the bridge are very new nurses.

I think since I was applying to the same college (i did my RPN at GBC) i didn't have to do anything? but you should email GBC or talk to someone at your school.
