What is the most helpful book you've used?

Just wondering what 1 book you bought (other than the school recommended texts) that really helped you in nursing school. I'm getting ready to buy my first semester texts and want to add 1 or 2 items that would be helpful for my nursing classes.

Thanks!

Pathophysiology Made Incredilbly Easy

It's one of those Lippincott Springhouse books. I love it so much I am goiung to buy more of their titles. The Incredibly Easy NCLEX book is a good one too.

Specializes in NICU.

Ding! Ding! Ding! The Incredibly Easy series was my top-secret super weapon. :D

My favorite was the Acid-Base, Fluids, and Electrolytes Made Incredibly Easy. I also have the IV Therapy one and the NCLEX-review one. They're spectacular! I kept them and still study from them even out of school. I would highly recommend any of these.

I have heard alot of good stuff about the Incredibly Easy series, I plan to get a few of those myself.

My FAVORITE is : How to survive and maybe even love nursing school by Kelli S. Dunham

It has great tips, advice, interesting websites to visit, and it is hilarious!!

Go and look at the reviews at the amazon.com website, they all love it. I bought two other nursing books and I plan to sell the others on ebay, but this book is staying with me.
