I know everyone groans about these requests, but I'm totally frustrated. I'm trying to do my homework and need access to nursing journal articles. I'm thwarted at every turn!
I can't find any sites that don't charge from $17-$30 per article or make you buy a year's subscription. I find abstracts for free but that's not going to cut it. I need data from 1998 to present.
I tried using my school's internet library access. The school is 5 hours from where I live... I only go to the 'branch' school with a teensy library. Would you believe (I know you would) that all the sources they have on the website have to be accessed from the MAIN LIBRARY branch only??? *rips hair out*
If my only recourse is to drive to the hospital during the week and request access to their library, I will. However, I do live in a rural area and am not too sure what kinds of resources they'll have for me.
Anyone? Anyone? Suggestions for free websites to access nursing journals??? I can be flexible with the topics covered, if only I could freaking access a site or two. Thanks!
