Online RN to BSN w/no chemistry?

  1. Hi, all,
I JUST graduated from my diploma program a week ago (yay!), but I am already looking fto plan getting my BSN. I am trying to find an online BSN program that does not require chemistry - which I cannot tolerate. It gives me narcolepsy, I swear!

Anyone know of a program like this? I am looking for something accreditated and NOT University of Phoenix or the like. And to add to my quest, I am trying to find a program that also has a January start. I can also consider on campus programs in NC, CA, MD or NY. I am thinking hard about moving.

    Help!

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look into it. They haven't popped up on any of my online searches so far.

I don't know of any in my area that don't require at least the most basic chemistry. Have you considered finding the BSN program you want and then seeing if they will accept chemistry credits from a community college? It has been my experience that most of the community college classes are much easier than university.

My chem instructor taught at local university and my community college.....same exact thing, except ours was only one night a week

Thanks for all the input. It's not that I need an easier class. I can technically do it with no problem. It's just that I really don't like it and want to spare myself - plus I don't want to add a year to before I can start my RN to BSN.

There are a few non online programs in the area that don't require any chem, but I am planning on relocating. Online is perfect - no transferring if/when I move!
