Not sure what to expect. How was your Nutrition class? Could you have done it online in a 3 week period?
Thanks

I dunno. Our nutrition part doesn't start until after TG, 2 weeks long, and I'm freaking cause we have these huge packets that are part of it. At least we're in class for it. One teacher teaches ALL her units online and it's really tickin me off!!

Personally I'd find out about the class from others around you who have already taken it first (if you can). My girlfriends nutrition class in NJ was heavy on the chem part and required loads of work in molecular make-up of food, where as mine (MO) was simple carb, protien, fats, vitamins and minerals and how they affect the body. If your class is like mine was, I would say go for it, no prob. But if not, who knows, I guess it all depends on the curriculum of your school. I'm sure it also depends on your other class load, are you taking other classes in conjunction or is it your only class for 3 weeks? Good luck, I wish you the best.
This will be my only class and I am on the weekend program, so I will have Mon-Thurs to devote to studying. I am wondering what kind of nutrition classes people have had. As you state above, I have heard it can vary. My biggest fear would be a heavy emphasis on the Kreb's cycle:banghead: I will post a more specific question in Texas forum. Perhaps someone will have first hand knowledge.
Just looked the prof up on ratemyprofessor- awesome ratings, highly recommeded. Encouraging!
