Hi,

Does anyone know of a website that lists nursing diagnosis for care plans? I am not looking for care plan how to's, but rather examples of acceptable diagnosis.

We got a plastic flip card with all the accepted nursing dx on it. Not sure who made it but it is sure handy.

you can use your nursing fundamentals book, taber's cyclopedia medical dictionary, and i bought a book, nursing procket guide (8th edition by marilynn e. doenges). you can also check with your school's library for books.
