Okay everyone, I read the three assigned chapters and as I read I am okay, this appears to be common sense, I can hanble this. My question is, is the questions on the exams gonna be tricky that what you think you know, may go out the window with "what heck is this question asking me?' How did you study for yours, did you buy any supplemental books or did NCLEX type questions.
Help keep me on track

Remember you have to APPLY what you learn--even with mental health. I always, always use NCLEX study questions to prepare for exams so I get good at my critical thinking. GL!

One of the things I figured out early on with our mental health was asking open-ended questions is a BIG part of what they're looking for. If I'd kept that in mind more for our test, I probably would've had an A. And don't say things that will shut the pt down; get them to explore their statements and thoughts.
Thanks for the heads up :)
