Interpersonal processing report

Hi,

Does anyone know exactly what an interpersonal processing report is? A school that I'm applying to bridge from LPN to ADN is requiring this as one of the tasks to be completed in order to be accepted. I was like, sure ok I can do that, but I have no idea what it is and can't find any good leads on google. Hopefully its something I have done and we just called it something else. Thanks in advance, Jules

i just finished my first semester of nursing and we had to do a IPR(Interpersonal Processing Record). What we had to do was conduct a 10 minute therapeutic conversation with a client( some sections with different instructors could interview anyone), using therapeutic communication techniques. We only had to do this to learn the gist of therapeutic communication, and will have to learn about it more in depth in psych.

hope that helps

Here is a link to an older thread where I posted links to websites where you can get information on therapeutic communication which you might need for any process recording assignments you might have.

Thank you so much. I really need to be on the ball with this as it could make the difference between getting into the bridge program or not. Thank you again this is so helpful. Jules
