Could someone recommend a personal A&P book?

What's up guys? I hope all is well with each and every one of you. Are there any personal resources on A&P that someone could recommend to me? I am keeping my classroom book, but feel that I need something more. I am determined to learn the human body inside and out. Also, what A&P text are you using or have used? Mine is anatomy and physiology-the unity of form and function- authored by someone with the last name of Saladin. Sound familiar?

Thanks in advance.

The Incredilby Easy series are great...I referred to them alot for nursing ...I am sure places like borders books have them or try your local library......

I had to get something that I could carry with me and use in my medical coding classes and found Human Body: An Illustrated Guide to Every Part of the Human Body and How it Works at a bookstore in Laughlin, Nevada over Christmas vacation. The deciding factor in buying it was that it had a good cross-sectional picture of a vertebrae that we were needing to distinguish between paravertebral and transforaminal injections of the spine. It's 5 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches and a little over 1 inch thick and I can carry it around easily. Beautiful color pictures. Concise text.

If you want weblinks, I've got 8 pages of them. Can't say they're all still active though. Have you checked the sticky threads on all the nursing student forums. I know for sure that there is one for anatomy on the Pre-nursing forum that has anatomy weblinks.
