Does anyone know how to access a paticlular article without having to pay for it. I am trying to get an atricle for my internet prohect on rheumatoid arthritis but everytime I turn around when I try to get the article they want me to pay. Anyhelp would be appreciated, including finding another journal that ahs articles on RA :)

Have you tried going through your school's library access. Generally they will have a paid subscription for their students. Otherwise try CINAL. You may not get the full text of the article, but your library may have that particular journal on their shelves.
