I had my first test in the fundamentals this morning. The funny thing was I wasn't the least bit nervous about this test and usually I have horrible test anxiety. I studied for 3 hrs yesterday and that was all. The test itself I thought was rather easy. Yeah, there were some questions I really had to think about but I did pretty good. I missed only 4 out of 50 questions. But that is considered a B at my school. We have a pretty strict grading scale. I'm ok with that though, I'll take the B. The questions I did miss were the tricky ones and it wouldn't have mattered if I would have studied any harder, I probably still would have missed them. So far things have been going really well. I heard all the horror stories about nursing school and how terrible it is before I started and I was so scared but now I have a whole new perspective. I think I'm really going to enjoy it. Has anyone else had their very first nursing exam yet? How did it go?

I will have my first quiz next Tuesday and the following Tuesday, I will have my first test. I dont know what to expect on my first quiz. I have been studying.

Mine is Thursday. I'm super nervous but excited because it will let me know where I stand and what and how I should study in the future, you know?

Mine is Friday and I just can't seem to get my hands around the info. based on the way the instructor teaches. She's a very good instructor is just that her style is very different from other instructors that I'd had in the past. I'm really stressing about this

Does anyone know of a practice exam website for LPN students? I've seen quite a few for A&P but none for Fundamentals for LPN's. I'm using the Fundamentals of Nursing Human Health and Function by Ruth Craven. Any help would be appreciated.
