Why not a nurse TV Show?

My fiance and I were talking last night and he brought up a good point. Why not have a Nursing TV show. We have ER, House, Gray's Anatomy...but they all go back to Doctors. The nurses are always in the background. :( We are the back bones of doctors!!! Someone needs to wake up and appreciate us!

1) It would be "drama-ed", in other words, scenes arranged, clips edited out.

2) It's been proven time and again that "unscripted televison" is as far away from "reality" as it gets.
