    Work on the floor at a 60 bed nursing home. Prior to this was in their locked dementia unit for 2 1/2 years.

    Hi! I just found this site and it's great!

    I currently work in a large level I ER/trauma center.

    Have also done three years surgical IMC, six years surgical/open-heart surgery/trauma mixed ICU and nine years coordinating research studies.

    Hope to go on to be ER NP.

    Currently in a 150 bed LTC facility. I hope to move on to OR soon.

    Hospital, currently in a cardiac/IMCU unit. Considering my options of weekender, maybe a little agency and then move to warmer climate!

    260 bed skilled nursing facility. We also have a 20 bed HIV/AIDS unit within the facility.

    I did early work in med/surg, but now I'm in long term care and like it a lot... ADON of 120 bed facility--MDS/care plans, etc

    I work in a small Army Hospital as a civilian RN. As a staff nurse in this facility, I have become a Jill-of-All-Trades, floating where needed but my primary specialty is SICU/PACU. Makes life interesting and has given me experience that I probably would not have gotten anywhere else.
