War with union / ANA

I am sorry I do not understand what it is that is going on here. Please clarify.

On April 23 a senate bill goes before the Senate SB396 in california by senator kuehl.basically 900-1000 MTAS will decide because of this bill to go to correctional officers even though right now they are LVNS. The ANA supports the bill even though they have no idea what we do(The way the stroller report reads is we take vital signs and do clerical work)I have worked in ER, ICU,ETC. Like I say ANA says their there for the nurses but by the politics I've seen they dont care about no one. They are getting ready to lose about 9-1000 nurses in california by this bill alone.

Do you belong to CNA/ANA? Have you contacted them to present your side of the issue? Why would they support this legislation?

Did these "over 1000 LVNs (including you)" contact that senator and your OWN senator??
