Sorry, but this makes no sense. Can you provide more clarity? What experience would your employees have? Would they be given on the job training?
As KelRN215 mentioned, a home health aide requires some amount of training and supervision. Have you done your market research to understand how your business model will be structured?
You could do home care without any medical affiliation...maid service, laundry service, yard work, going to the grocery store, pet bathing, etc., but you can't do home "health" care anything with some medical attachment.
I mean...you can't do home "health" care anything without some medical attachment...sorry.

Hello All,
I am interested in beginning a non medical home health care company. I am in Ohio and was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on costs, how to get started or are there conventions or seminars geared for someone wanting to begin this type of business? Thank you for any help or ideas.
