Santa Clara Valley Hospital or El Camino Hospital?

I got accepted at both hospitals and I need choose one. I am confused as to which hospital I should go to. County hospital (Santa Clara Valley Medical) offers good retirement pension plan through CALPERS (2% at 62), but only offers a low starting rate for Clinical Nurse II ($55.04) while El Camino Hospital offers a really nice starting for Clinical Nurse II ($67.21) and offers 403B for their retirement plan. I am not getting any younger and just turned 40 so the pension plan is really appealing, but the good hourly rate is also nice since I live in the bay area which is so expensive. Any thoughts on which hospital I should choose? Thanks.

Oh, decisions, decisions. If only you could finagle working full time at both.
