Question: finding procedural info

Hi people, I'm still kind of new to this scene and don't know where to find all the answers. For instance, I was reading a recent thread, and started to find some of it irritating. But since the thread is "closed" (why? how? etc) I can't comment.

Should I look in Terms of Service or where for this kind of information? Thenks again for being here! Later, Marie :smiley_ab
