Ask your professor to explain the assignment more fully. If you are having a problem understanding what she is asking, I'm sure others in your class are having the same problem.

Best wishes with your assignment.

What she said........we can give our opinions till the cows come home, but if we guess (out of context) incorrectly, you will be the one to pay the price.

as a rule, i resist answering homework questions - but, today is your lucky day! now, i suspect that you will need to look up each and every one of these - and if you do you will be ahead of the fray on this issue. this list is not comprehensive - just off the top of my head - so - look up the specifics and go forth and be a great nurse!

good luck - i sure did remember a bunch - i cannot guarantee any, but they look right and some could go under more than one root cause. the key here - is not just the answer, but to learn how to incorporate recognitions/clinical outcome potentials of these conditions into your clinical experiences.

practice safe!!

I don't often offer answers that are not backed up with research.. You shouldn't give answers that are not backed up by research. So definitely research any of the answers that you receive here and have the references on hand for your professor...Else you will surely fail
