Hey Y'all, so I have received a couple letters in the mail now from NSI Nursing Solutions offering me first $20k and then $40k sign-on bonuses for some mystery hospital. Huge red flags from the very beginning.

Getting irritated with the letters not stating what hospital they were advertising nor where the hospital was, I decided to look them up. I found an allnurses post about it (https://allnurses.com/general-nursing-discussion/anyone-heard-of-257262.html). Even after going to the NSI Nursing Solutions website, there was no clarification as to where the hospital was that they are advertising.

After a phone call to them, about 5 minutes of them asking me for my information, they informed me they are contractually unable to release where the hospital is or which hospital it is.

Has anyone had any experiences with them? Honestly, the whole thing seems really shady and definitely not worth it.
