What is the average salary in MD? also does anyone know how long it will take me to get my MD license? so many questions :)

Don't know if you'd consider Northern VA but Inova appears to be is hiring a lot for NICU. Looks like they're expanding. I heard MD and DC licenses can take awhile, but my VA license by endorsement took less than 2 weeks to come through and it was a very easy process.

Bethesda area has Suburban and Holy Cross hospitals. As someone else mentioned, northern Virginia be an option, but traffic can be a nightmare. DC has Georgetown, Washington Hospital Center. It has been so long since I've dealt with the MBON, I can't answer the question about your license! lol

Shady grove in Gaithersburg MD has an awesome NIcu. My granddaughter was there for a few months. Great nurses.
