Does TX have any regulations about reporting misdemeanors? If you are required to report and fail to do so, that can result in disciplinary actions against your TX license. Any disciplinary actions against a license in one state are likely to result in disciplinary actions in any other state. Find out what TX requirements are first, then go from there.
