Looking for small hospitals near Houston for jobs

Hello all, I will be a December 2018 graduate from a direct-entry level MSN-RN program (not advanced practice). I'm not looking to get paid more because of the MSN.

I will be moving to Houston from Ohio and would be open to starting in small town hospitals outside Houston as residency spots might be competitive in the area. I suspect I may be automatically weeded out by HR since I dont have "BSN" written on my resume (should I include a explanation of the program on my resume?)

Ideally I would like a new grad ICU position. What are some nearby towns within 1 hour-1.5 hour drive? Thanks!
