Looking for a Boston Nurse to shadow

Hi there -

I am considering nursing (just signed up for my pre-reqs). Before I dive into a program in Jan I'm hoping to shadow a nurse in the Boston area. Any help/suggestions on how I can make this happen would be wonderful : )

you may want to post this in the massachusetts forum.

just click on "region", then "united states", then "massachusetts".

fwiw, there are a surplus of nurses in the boston area.

granted, the situation can change in the next few yrs, but i am doubtful.

You could contact the continuing education or staff development department from a hospital you are interested in. They could help set you up. Good luck, and remember what you see in a day or so, is far from what the career can offer.
