Try this link for a really good insite into life expetency and some really good health education. My life expectancy is 83 but if I make some valuable life changes I could increase my chances of a healthy life.
We all know these changes but each person who takes the test will get their own print out of improvements which can be made, and it contains the rationale behind the recommendations.
:-/ 78 here. I, too, need to take some aspirin and cut back on the sweets and drop the multivitamin w/iron. There are things listed that I just can't change, like I'm not giving up my 1-2cups coffee in the morning and working under 40 hrs as a single mom just isn't doable. i guess 78 really isn't 50 or 60 but it seems so young! Moving near to family just puts me in a less appealing environment, lower wages and just plain inconvenient for many aspects of my life sooo, that won't be happening either lol I don't wanna be gone at 68! LOL
Oh well, like someone once said...Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - ' Wow! What a ride!'
