I can not stop crying......I an so emotional after reading this.

ME,ME,ME!! I am very happy being Ronna Pine ,LPN I am very proud of my title and worked very hard to acheive it.....end of story Take care!

Wellll........I set up all office surgical set-ups.. these surgical procedures are with local anesthesia in the office. We care for alot of breast cancer pts...we see them once a week for their "fill ups" ....we are expanding the expanders so we can strecth the tissue to re -construct the breast.... Alot of skin cancer excisons in the office...ALOT Cosmetic procedures....minor lipo suction, surgical mini facelifts...if they are "good pts'....remember we only use a local in the office....more extensive surgery is done in hospitals or ambulatory centers.... I do alot of dressings.....and stitch removal....I also order all medical supplies and sending out pathology to labs.....plus,authorizations to insurance companies. H&P's......and call back to pts regarding their path reports. There is alot to do.....I am NEVER bored....!!!!! I even get stressed out !

I am a LPN:nurse: I work for a plastic surgeon.....I am his nurse in the office. We do alot of office procedures.....more then you can imagine. :smackingf

Just keep looking in the want ads....that is how I found my job . I work for a plastic surgeon on Long Island Job is fast pass....and can get insane at times. Hours do vary... BUT........no weekends ,great pay and of course perks working for a plastic surgeon.

I am making $28.00 an hour for a plastic surgeon....not bad for a LPN! I work on Long Island

What is the mentality of the people who are saying the coment? BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DO AND HOW YOU DO IT! A "nurse" is a nurse....

LPN is no joke...focus and beleive in doing the best you can do....it will be be all worth it in the end.

I have been a LPN for 13 years....I am now 50 years old. I love what i do....BUT if I had to do it again I would go for my RN.... Proud to be a LPN...
