I am brand new here to allnurses.com and I am very excited to have found you guys! I am currently in school to get my LPN first with full intention to complete my RN shortly after. I am a 28 year old mother of two and work full time third shift as a CNA at a local hospital here in Noorth Carolina. I am finishing up my prereqs now and will be beginning the program in August. I want to work as a LPN while I bridge for the RN. If you have any advice about the best route for this plan (regular college vs excelsior) please let me know.
