I need help with me IV drip chamber

I have been doing infusion nursing for 4 plus years and I just recently started having this problem. The drip chamber is still full after the infusion and the tube is empty? I can pull the remaining fluid out, but want to know what to do to stop this. It doesn't happen all the time, but definitely more than I would like. I use the plum pump and the plum tubing if that helps. Any thoughts?

Could it be faulty tubing? Call Plum and ask if there is a problem reported- maybe a recall you missed?
