please help me use the fishbone method for labs

Have you tried to look up the images for the fishbones? There are several fishbones out there, depending on which labs you are using them for. Which ones are you hoping to use and how can we help you use them?

The CBC is H&H, WBC , Platelets. Think Hemoglobin & Hematocrit (on top of each other). WBC On the left, Platelets on the right. Usually when you look at the labs in the chart, they will be in that sort of order, WBC first, then H&H, then platelets.

The chemistry (BMP) Start with the Cations (+, Na+/Sodium over K+/Potassium), then Anions (-, Cl-/Chloride over h-/hCO2/CO2/Bicarbonate), then BUN/Creat and finally glucose.

You can use the Cations-Anions to find the Anion Gap (Sometimes Potassium isn't counted)
